Introduction

www.pickalilly.co.za (“the site”) enables buyers to shop for items including clothes and accessories (“the products”) made by Pickalilly Kids TM, online.

Legally Binding Contract

All users and buyers (anyone that buys from www.pickalilly.co.za) are bound by these terms and conditions. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

🛍 Shopping Online

You must be 18+ and use a valid debit card to place an order.

Adding items to your cart doesn't reserve them — only payment secures your order.

Orders must be paid within 24 hours via PayFast or they’ll be automatically cancelled.

We reserve the right to decline orders in the case of stock errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

📦 Delivery & Pick-up

Courier:

R110–R130 nationwide.

Orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your area.

You’ll receive a tracking number — please monitor it.

Pick-up (Paarl):

Free.

You’ll be notified when your parcel is ready for collection.

⚠️ We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier. Once your parcel leaves our premises, risk passes to you.

💳 Payments

All payments are made securely via PayFast.

Product prices do not include courier fees — these are added at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order! But if something's wrong:

You may request a refund or replacement if:

An item arrives damaged or poor quality

An item is missing

Notify us within 7 working days via info@pickalilly.co.za.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges for size:

If a size doesn’t fit (based on your child's measurements, not age), you're welcome to exchange if stock allows. Return courier fees are for your account.

Sale items:

Final sale — no exchanges or refunds unless faulty.

🎁 Gift Vouchers

Valid for Pickalilly online purchases only.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Remaining balances stay tied to the voucher code.

We’re not liable for lost or stolen vouchers.

🔒 Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and will never share your details unnecessarily.

Delivery info is shared with our courier partners to get your goodies to you.

Your login details are for your personal use only — don’t share them.
